9th Grade Adventures
  Ninth Grade Off-site Camps are experiences for those entering the ninth grade. Each week offers a different experience of excitement in trying new things and succeeding in new adventures.
Backpack & Raft

 


Explore the mountains of Montana on this four-day and three night trip. You will experience the incredible mountain vistas as well as the challenges that backpacking has to offer. Along the way you will be introduced to the basics of backpacking. This trip ends with a half-day whitewater rafting adventure.

July 22-27

9th Grade Backpacking
Climb and Bike

 


You and your counselors will enjoy two days of rock climbing at Stonehill near Lake Kookanoosa under the guidance of an experienced rock climbing instructor and two days mountain biking the trails above the lake. Get ready for a great adventure where you will grow in faith while learning new skills. Please bring your own mountain bike

July 29-August 3

FLBC Biking
Climb and Canoe

 


Join us for this introductory experience in rock climbing and canoeing.  Enjoy two days of climbing and two days of canoeing while staying in a secluded campsite on Lake Koocanusa. 

August 5 -10
Cost is $360 before May 1.

Onsite Base Camp

 

 

Establish your base camp at two tent cabins at the end of Hughes Bay and go on adventure day trips including, sailing, hiking, kayaking, high ropes, and more. Enjoy this smaller community as you cook meals over the fire, swim in Flathead Lake and watch the Passion Play.

July 8 - July 13
Cost is $325 before May 1.

 
Flathead Lake Kayak

 


You will kayak on beautiful Flathead Lake. Specially trained counselors will teach you to paddle as you explore the lake's shoreline, go swimming, experience low impact camping, and learn special kayaking skills.

July 15-20
Cost is $360 before May 1.
