Registration Options
	There are 4 convienient ways to Register for Camp: A. Online Registration (Unfortunately, we are currently not able to register Family Camp Online due to software limitations.) B. Deposit and Payment
	A $50 non-refundable deposit must accompany all summer camp registrations. Visa. MasterCard, and American Express are accepted by Flathead Lutheran Bible Camp as a convenient method of payment. Full payment of registration fee is required upon your child's arrival at camp. Credit card processing is unavailable at check-in. Full payment can be made at any time prior to the start of camp via check through regular mail or by credit card over the phone at 406-752-6602. Cancellations A full refund minus your $50 non-refundable deposit will be provided up 2 weeks before the registered camp. Additional Savings 1st Child - Full Fee 2nd Child - Full Fee 3rd Child - Half Price 4th Child - $50 Additional Fees There is an additional charge of $25 for registrations recieved after May 1.
Financial Help
	Your Camp and supporting Women of the ELCA believe that every child who wants to go to Camp should be able to attend. Financial help is available. If your child or a child you know needs financial help, camperships are available. Please call Margerette at the Camp Office, 406-752-6602 to inquire about a campership.
Policies
	All programs of Flathead Lutheran Bible Camp are open to all people regardless of race, color, religious affiliation or national origin. Cabin Assignments Campers may request one roomate preference. Arranging to have roommate names appear on each other's registration form will help FLBC honor roommate requests. The camp reserves the right to assign housing to all on-site campers in a manner that benefits the overall camp community and well-being of the campers.
The Camp Week
	Each camp session begins on Sunday afternoon unless otherwise noted. Registration of campers is between 3pm and 5pm. Because the counselors have other responsibilities please arrive after 3pm. Closing worship is on Friday at noon. Family and friends are invited to participate. This half hour service will be held in the amphitheater, located up a short path just west of the parking lot.
